Temperate biomes and the coniferous forests
– The temperate biome is formed by temperate forests and grasslands.
– The three main temperate forests are the coniferous, deciduous and mixed.
– The coniferous forest is found in Europe, Asia, North America. southeast South America, New Zealand and Tasmania.
– The temperate grasslands grow at the center of the continents.
